Muncipal full City Council unanimously adopted Archena of the three political groups on the draft Tourism Policy Archena Municipal Township, proposed by the Department of Tourism of the City Council.

From now on, local actions on this momentous tourism project for the municipality to develop, will mainly promote Archena Thermal Villa in major tourism fairs and events of regional and national levels, enhance the corporate image of 'Archena, Villa Termal' , create and promote a website about tourism in Archena and sensitize and involve the Archena population and local actors in the tourism development of the municipality.

Another point that has been approved by the full City, also unanimously, has been proposed by the Municipal Socialist Group on the grant of 1,000 euros in aid for the people of Haiti and that was circulated through Caritas -Archena.
