The Councillor for Employment and Local Development, Pedro José Martínez Hernández, attended this afternoon at the opening of the course 'Computer User', dedicated to the unemployed who are in possession of title 2 of the ESO or equivalent, in the classrooms of Villarrías Youth Centre.
The course has enrolled 15 students, is free, will last 200 hours and will end on December 23 this year.
Classes are held every afternoon, Monday through Friday, from 16.00 to 21.00 hours.
The classrooms are organized by the Department of Employment Archena City Council, are supported by the Regional Employment Service and Training and co-financed by the European Social Fund.
Councilmember Hernández Martínez said after the inauguration that "these courses is to introduce new technologies and the unemployed and providing access to a future work."
