Some 1,300 young students from five Secondary Education Institutes in various cities of the Region have participated from 9 in the morning until 2 o'clock this afternoon in the EESS XXII Sporting Events in the Regional Sports Centre Archena.

Students in the centers of San Javier, Torres de Cotillas, Ramón y Cajal de Murcia and IES Vicente Medina and Pedro Guillén, the latter two Archena, have intervened in the playoffs for volleyball, chess, badminton, table tennis, basketball , handball and women's soccer and men.

After the morning at the Municipal Auditorium Archena have handed the prizes to the winners of each sport and choreography has been performed differently by each institution to close this athletic meet.
