Archena two neighborhoods will benefit shortly from a better service in the supply of drinking water.
This is the northwest quarter Archena and Providence, on the road to Mula.
Acciona Agua has undertaken the complete renovation of the general supply pipe from the streets that belong to these two areas of the municipality.
The work has cost 205,555 euros and has been funded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Water.
The works have involved the renovation of existing asbestos cement pipe and ductile iron pipe 200 mm in diameter, thus significantly improving drinking water conduction.
950.44 ml were placed 200 mm pipe, with their respective connections to each one of the city it serves.
In addition, the Municipal Water Service has also carried out the renovation, regardless of the project, the existing water conveyance systems polyethylene lead by 32 mm in diameter, and renewed a total of 30 buildings.
