The City of Archena providers have already discovered the procedure for collecting debts it owes to its business.
These companies are turning to different courts to demand payment of debts Archena City Council has contracted with them, and that through regulatory Archena Mayor does not effective.
This is causing economic harm to our city coffers because the judges condemned the council to pay the outstanding amount in addition to default interest.
In the present case, the municipality claimed was € 53,105.69 and the total amount that the mayor must pay has increased to € 74,236.99, which represents some interests of almost 40%, in total 21,131 , 30 €.
From Municipal Socialist Group denounce the events that are happening in the economic management of our City Council and demand the immediate resignation of Mr Councillor of Finance and the Mayor for being causing economic harm to the residents of our town for poor management and inadequacy in terms of economic issues.
We are looking for a while now that the City Council has wasted Archena happily and now can not meet its payment obligations in a timely manner which leads to that all taxes have to repay archeneros negligence of the rulers of the PP.
The Socialist Municipal Group also wants REPORT that evil come from the Mayor of your City Archena and finance many companies are receiving grants from the City Council in a difficult position when it comes to paying their workers because of the debts that the City has contracted with them and not paid, taking a company to lay off workers and be doomed to bankruptcy, as we know by the testimony of some local businessmen.
Archena Mayor and Councillor of Finance are doing dereliction of duties, they face their responsibilities with companies of our people, and consequently with the same workers, exacerbating the crisis currently experienced by residents of our town.
