The Local Government has awarded the construction of the Civic Center neighborhood, "El Otro Lao 'Archena, amounting to 688,582 euros, the company Forjescom, SA.
The new Civic and Social Center "El Otro Lao 'was built in the area called El Llano del Barco, an area of more than 590 square meters.
This property is ground floor and will feature an exhibition hall, a hall of 233 square meters, bar-cafeteria, a library, a multipurpose room over 40 square meters, three meeting rooms and offices, 1 hairdresser , a file room and three toilets, one of them adapted for the physically disabled.
The neighborhood of "El Otro Lao 'is situated at the entrance to the town of Archena from the motorway Murcia-Albacete, before arriving at the Iron Bridge and has a population of more than 1,500 registered inhabitants.
When in operation the Civic Center 'El Otro Lao', and five properties will add Archena dedicated to these functions, which are scattered throughout the municipality.
