We find it incomprehensible how after final approval of a development by a resolution dated 28/05/2005 Mayor there are changes to the final draft without notifying any of the affected and no such amendment is published in the Official Gazette Murcia (BORM), the neighbors can not defend their interests.
After complaints from some neighbors Municipal Socialist Group has conducted a study on the area in which we have seen how the percentage of transfer of plots varies from 35.40% to 62% on certain plots not be for all owners the same assignment when they all should have yielded the same proportion as the current rules.
From the Municipal Socialist Group has urged the government team to make a Special Planning Commission to investigate what has happened in this development, requesting the presence of the editor of the project and technical services of the City Council on Urban Affairs.
