The Municipal Government Board has approved the Plan of Works and Services, 2009 City Council Archena.
The investment amounts to more than 804,000 euros for a dozen works on all streets and public squares.
The amount to invest, namely, 300,394 euros, will provide the region and the rest, more than 500,000 euros, the City Council of Archena.
Among the major works, there will be the renovation of the drinking water supply and sanitation, street paving Rías Viscount, tracheae, and Colonia del Pilar, amounting latter works amounting to more than 300,000 euros; also renew all street lighting in Duque de Huete and environs, and will proceed to Phase II of the renovation also public lighting in the hamlet of The Groves, over 100,000 euros.
During 2009, in addition, there will be remodeling the sanitation and drinking water in Elm Street and Canton Murciano Both lanes also will replace all the flooring, all for nearly 180,000 euros.
In this Plan of Works and Services, 2009, the project also includes road safety works on Avenida Principal de La Algaida, particularly in the section between Calle Virgen del Rosario and Enrique Granados street, a value of 107,000 euros.
Finally, the quarter of the Other Lao 'is also affected by improvement works and equipment in most of its streets, worth 106,380 euros.
