Archena City Council through the Local Development Agency has signed a collaboration agreement with the University of Alicante in order to enable the realization of practical training to students of this University in the City of Archena throughout the year.
With this cooperation agreement aims to contribute to employment and vocational training of students to improve their access to a job and therefore a better start to the labor market, more and more demanding.
Are now three cooperation agreements signed with universities in the City, ie with the University of Murcia, UCAM San Antonio and the University of Alicante, which is a great effort from the Municipal Corporation in cooperation with university education, according to the Local Development Agency.
Students who serve on the City it is often in the various municipal departments, especially those related to Tourism, Business Administration, Management, Public Works Engineering and Computer Science.
Last year were 10 students from the University of Alicante that made their practices in the City of Archena.
Currently, a student has already started his 180 hours Management practices at the municipal office of Local Development.
