The Mayor of Murcia, Patricia Fernandez, and Councillors Fulgencio Garcia and Mari Carmen Alcolea this morning visited the works of what will be the new headquarters of the local police in Archena and another Civic Center will be located in the same building, located in Street Maestro Pepe.
The works are going at a good pace, and is expected to be completed in a short space of time, said the first authority.
The building will have 500 square meters and will consist of two floors and an underground parking and will be equipped with modern infrastructure and technology.
The ground floor will be used exclusively by the local police, as well as the parking, which will have capacity for six vehicles.
The agents will have, among other agencies, three offices, reception, administrative office, a meeting room, changing rooms, a gunsmith, a living detainees.
As to the first floor, it will be for a new Civic Center, which will have three different extensions rooms intended for conferences, lectures and other important events.
The budget finally works amounts to 550,000 euros that will pay the Autonomous Region of Murcia.
