The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia have arrested a woman in Archena, driving a car lacking driving license after being caught due to the commission of an offside maneuver vehicle.

The arrested now had never obtained permission and also had supplanted the identity of the holder of a driving license taken away, to avoid being reported.

The incident took place last Tuesday, September 22, in the RM-554 (A-30- Archena) road up to the town of Archena, when members of the Traffic circulation observed performing tourism a move not legal.

Agents of Detachment Traffic Cieza identified the driver of the vehicle, middle-aged woman whose physical characteristics, a priori, did not match the photograph of a driving license.

The investigation culminated with the arrest of a person suspected of committing the crimes of theft, usurpation of civil status and against road safety, driving a motor vehicle without ever having obtained a license.

The detained, the proceedings initiated, driving licenses and the immobilized vehicle recovered have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 1 of Murcia.

The crime of theft is enshrined in Article 234 of the Penal Code and is punishable by 6-18 months in prison or a fine of 1 to 3 months depending on the value of the stolen effects.

The crime of usurpation of civil status appears as defined in article 401 of the Penal Code with imprisonment of six months to three years.

The offense of driving a motor vehicle without ever having obtained a driving license, a fine of 12 appears as a crime against road safety in Article 384 of the Penal Code, enacted alternately with imprisonment for 3-6 months 24 months or work in community service from 31 to 90 days.
