The Councillor for Education, Mario Alcaraz, and Councilman Administration, José Juan González, visited the Secretary General of the Football Federation of the Region of Murcia, Jose Francisco Fernandez Soria, to treat the proper functioning of these five Archena FC years and various issues actualiad the municipality.
At the meeting several issues were discussed, such as the situation of Archena FC, which now has 17 teams, more than 300 players aged from 4 to 18;
and the new team that will compete in the senior category, Second Territorial (over 18 years) who, after several years of absence, will return to play in the city.
During the visit, the municipal officers gave him the Secretary General a report in which the priority needs of the municipality were treated compared to Archena FC project in order to apply for a grant to improve the artificial turf football field 11.
Another important aspect that was discussed at the meeting was the request for conducting coaching courses Level 2 in the town of Archena (now this application has been approved and the courses may take place in the town)
