This project is part of an ambitious master plan 'Smart Archena'.
The building of the Business Incubator aims to show agility and movement and this has created a translucent exterior facade.
The building layout is summarized in a phased plan that includes: a coworking space of 105 square meters for 16 seats, an office of 33 square meters for two companies, an office of 16 square meters for two other companies and common spaces as rooms meeting, office, reception and stands.
Mayor Patricia Fernandez said that "with the construction of this building comply with the first part of what will be the overall project 'Archena Smart' is so I am very happy because this project, actually, is an important and decisive step for the future of the economy of our town. This building will promote competitiveness, entrepreneurship and innovation in business and trade archenero ".

The total investment for this construction is € 350,000, of which € 280,000 will come from 70,000 € INCYDE program will come from the City Council.
