The PSOE Archena want to step out of the press release picked up by various media at the regional level to show that in days gone by our law firm the decision of the judge of the Court No. 4 of Molina de Segura for resorted file open proceedings by the same court in the wake of the complaint that was filed with the Office of Murcia by the alleged irregularities in the work known as "Water Clock" and for which he was accused former Mayor People's Party Archena and current Secretary General of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities, Manuel Marcos Sánchez Cervantes, and the mayor of Planning and Security, Andrés Rodríguez.
The facts made known to the prosecution lie in the award to a company in the town of "execution and installation of a Water Clock Town Hall Square" in October 2005 at a cost of 27,840 euros, when in fact the work was sponsored and conducted mostly by a "retired inventor" of the town, building a front company to enable it to collect the promised amounts.
Also I was made aware of the prosecution that the work had an implementation period of one year and due to interest in the topic has been installed in 2014 by the Museum of the town on the River Walk, a location that is far the initial location.
Also one of the important aspects of which provided information both judge and prosecutors is that this work was settled before installation and now it remains in operation.
"The PSOE Archena not judicializa, judges those who do" as stated by Francisco Alcolea, Secretary General socialist;
because our party has only fulfilled its monitoring the municipal government to provide fiscal reports and documentation to be acted thereon, and ended with the allocation of public offices of PP by the judge.
Finally, the Secretary General of the party reaffirms its complaint sticking to the statements of the author of the work, which signed declaration thereof is attached and has used the provisional dismissal with the sole purpose of law enforcement.
