The Directors of the Club Archena FC conceded last night the Mayor of Murcia, Patricia Fernandez, the distinction of Honorary President of the Club, as approved at the last meeting of this group was unanimous and was a gift-surprise for the first local authority since I did not expect this decision.
The Archena Football Club and Futsal Algaida presented last night at a gala held in the City Summer Cinema in the presence of nearly a thousand people.
Councillors also attended Team and the Municipal Government and representatives of the board of Real Murcia Corporation, the captain of this club Acciari, and representatives of the School of Coaching in the Region and other football officials.
The two football clubs currently hold more than 350 players, including children, juveniles, youth, and children 4 and 5 years, which are divided into 16 teams, 15 soccer and indoor football 1, the FC Archena ;
and FS Algaida five teams all indoor football.
At the start of the gala, Banner Archena FC Club was greeted with many cheers and applause all the way to the stage.
Each of the teams was publicly presented together with the corresponding advertising sponsor.
The Mayor, in his speech, said he was "very proud to have achieved, thanks to the work and enthusiasm of club officials and support Team Municipal Government, the current composition of the clubs and the number of children and youth sport who belong to this club, even some outside the municipality. "
