During the event, Ramón Luis, has said that "youth unemployment is a major concern for the governments of Spain and the Murcia region and also a big concern for Europe."
In this sense, the candidate Ramón Luis Valcárcel, stressed that "we have the best-educated generation of youth in history" and that "we must accommodate them to keep that potential."
"The Region of Murcia is the region with the lowest youth unemployment rate in Spain, according to the latest Epa, with a rate of 47 percent, compared to 55.5 percent of the national average," he added.
Finally, former President of the Region of Murcia and candidate to the European Parliament, said that "actions to fight unemployment that will hold the European Commission, and the Youth Guarantee, no doubt reinforce the actions already conducting the Region of Murcia. "
