The Councillor for Health, Fulgencio Garcia, closed last Wednesday, November 27, at the headquarters of Arzheina a course on alzheimer.
The president of this group, Palazón Rosario, along with the aforementioned Alderman presented the diplomas of this course.
This, together with the Arzheina Association (Association of Relatives of Alzheimer Archena) was organized by the Department of Equality.
These classes were devoted mainly to families of Alzheimer's patients, as well as social workers, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, and others that are in contact with people who have the disease.
The workshop was attended by 20 students and learned content like symptoms and stages of Alhzeimer, pharmacological and non-pharmacological, cognitive stimulation practices, the world's largest, or as affecting over time on the various systems of the human organism, including many things.
Finally, the Health Minister said in his speech that since council also supported along with the Department of Equal Opportunities such learning.
