Days ago was presented at the City of Murcia project contracting of the demolition of the old IES for the subsequent implementation of the work of the new CEIP Miguel Medina.

The council has already initiated the process for the granting of the relevant planning permission in order to run in the shortest time possible.

This means a further step in the construction of the new school Miguel Medina, one of the priorities of the Mayor, Patricia Fernandez and his administration for this term.

The highest municipal authority states that "the new center is a must for the municipality and is the result of several meetings with the President of the Community and its staff in education."

According to sources from the Ministry of Education, the tender for the new school will be held in the coming weeks and kept the promise that work will begin before year end.
