The Mayor, Patricia Fernandez, and the Councillor for Education and Youth, Mario Alcaraz, visited the facilities of the Municipal Indoor Pool Archena with interest to know how they operate the swimming courses being offered in the summer months.
In different courses ofertaban - Initiation, Adaptation, Enhancement, Advanced Course, and Swimming Aquagym Adult - there have been more than 900 students of all ages, and even physically and mentally handicapped, for the months of July and August.
Patricia Fernandez was talking with students, instructors and lifeguards, who were there and found that the courses are successful and continue to be a proper operation that is satisfactory to users of the pool.
Thus, the Mayor and City Council want to highlight the outstanding work performed by the instructors and lifeguards who make it possible to further develop these water activities.
