After the false claims of the Mayor of Murcia, on the Adjustment Plan adopted at the Full Council on Friday March 30, the Municipal Group UIdP, makes the following clarifications:
As the spokesman said Brigido Palazón, we are totally in favor of the debts are paid this City has contracted with suppliers and creditors for a long time.
It also indicated that the loan was going to ask the ICO, amounting to € 17,535,000, must be returned by the archeneros in 8 years, with interest at 5%, the financial institution granting credit, and will serve to pay a list of invoices to suppliers, invoices that the mayor and his administration have been at an all occultism, preventing opposition groups and people of Archena knowledge of them.
We think an attitude unbecoming a democratic city council, and given that all the municipalities, from 15 March, have made available to all citizens the list of invoices, to be consulted.
The Government of the People's Party opposes Archena clearly show what people have to pay and the ratio of companies that are owed that amount of millions of euros.
Do what they have councilors of the government team with its mayor at the head, something to hide?
Why did the Mayor and Councilman of the Treasury in full above, that when you bring this subject to plenary would be available to the opposition parties all the list of invoices?
Why lie?
Why not want us to see when it is mandatory that the list of invoices to be public and the Opposition Groups know it?
The Municipal Group of UIdP introduced an amendment to the House for a vote that ALL SUPPLIERS BE CHARGED AND convene a new FULL WITH ALL THE LIST OF SUPPLIERS TO THOSE owed 17 million euros, the surprise was that the PP voted against this proposal.
The PP does not want to know how they will pay € 17,535,000 and those who are the vendors that are owed that much money.
Therefore the adjustment plan was presented to deal with that debt does not meet the Royal Decree that regulates the Act imposes certain requirements (including the obligation to expose the public debt).
However UIdP Municipal Group, in a gesture of responsibility and in support to expedite the payment of debt to suppliers, abstained from voting.
