The groups of Moors and Christians Archena celebrate this weekend, a program of events to mark the Mid-Year Festive.
It is developing a series of festive activities, cultural, musical and, particularly, of coexistence among all festive comprising any of the seven Moorish and Christian associations that make up the festival of Moors and Christians in the festivity of Corpus Christi and Our Lady of Archena Health, held between May and June.
This evening, Mayor Patricia Fernandez, along with the directors of the Central Board and other festive inaugurate the Medieval Market, located in the Plaza May 1st, this year the mood these acts and to remain three days of this order week.
Tomorrow, starting at 20.00 hours, at the Cultural Center, there will be a festive talk about the experience and importance of hold a position in Moors and Christians, by 2010 the Moorish King of Murcia, Manuel Perez.
The event also will serve to present the poster for the holidays.
This year has made the painter Victor Rosique Murcia.
And to round off tomorrow night, be appointed to Festive 2011.
On Sunday, there will be parades, musical fanfare Archena downtown streets and a meal of coexistence in the Summer Film festive all of the five Muslims and two Christians who make up the festivities in June.
