On Monday inaugurated the new classrooms Municipal Public School of Music 300 students receiving specialized classes of 14 teachers until next May.
In this new center can assist students from 4 years to no age limit.
Classes will be taught classical and modern music.
So the student can learn piano, guitar, clarinet, trumpet, saxophone, flute, trombone, violin and percussion, in terms of classical learning.
Within the division of modern music, classes are electric guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and combo.
Teachers have expressed that they are "very satisfied with the new building as it is adequately equipped for this type of class."
The new building occupies what were once River School.
It has two floors and a huge auditorium for concerts and conferences and is situated next to the very extensive Riverwalk.
The center was inaugurated last March.
According to its director, Maribel Alcolea, from now on will be known as Music City Public School.
