The Algaida hold its festivities in honor of the Virgen del Rosario from today until next Tuesday, September 20, with a program that contains fifty acts, which actually began last weekend with the presentation of the Queens for the Holidays 2011 and inaugural proclamation Jose Martinez Perez.
Tonight, there will be a long night of rock with performances by groups from the municipality and morning offering of flowers to the patron, DJs and charamita display at dawn.
On Saturday afternoon the traditional parade of floats and local clubs with several prizes.
On Sunday, the largest of the Virgin of the Rosary, after Mass, there will be carriages parade through the main streets and the evening will be held the ancient and solemn procession of the patron saint for almost every street of the hamlet, with assistance of local, municipal and church, accompanied by hundreds of algaideros.
Monday will be held the tapes also popular cycling race after making gachasmigas by neighbors, and Tuesday, after local sardines, in the afternoon will be held perhaps the most famous and attractive event of the program: the Azulete, which for more than 60 years takes place in this popular hamlet archenera.
There will be various theatrical performances by the theater group seaweed, led by Ramon Centenero.
