The Mayor of Murcia, Patricia Fernandez, and the Councillor for Education, Mario Alcaraz, yesterday handed over the diplomas attesting the completion of the last course programmed by the Municipal School of Music students enrolled.
The event was held after the closing concert of that course, which was held at the Municipal Auditorium, which was played by groups of modern music and rock, formed in the course of development of these classes for the students.
The groups who performed were 'Black Saturday', 'We are Five', 'The House of Roke Tókame', 'Mr.Blooper', 'The Hair', 'Ab-sit', 'indifference' and 'The Lady Gogos' .
Faced with an auditorium full of young people, some 2,000 people, rock bands and modern music, helped also by the entire faculty of the courses, which also received a corresponding degree of gratitude, performed more than thirty rock-cut issues and several instruments, but always in this musical style.
The event lasted well into the early hours of Friday and also attended a number of councilors of the Municipal Government Team.
