The Special Municipal Council this morning adopted with 13 votes (PP-PSOE) and 2 abstentions (IU-LV) the proposal to send to the High Court of Justice's reelection Magistrate Henry Archena holder Banegas Garrido, married, native and resident of Archena and Solicitor of the Courts Non-practicing, and 73 years of age and who holds this office for more than a decade.

And as a substitute magistrate José Martínez Pérez, married, bank employee, and natural neighbor and also of this town, 55 years old.

The latter charge is the first time of his election.

These appointments if finally approved at the Court of Justice in the Region of Murcia exercised for a period of four years.
