Archena Mayor, Manuel Marcos Sánchez Cervantes, the First Deputy Mayor, Patricia Fernandez, attended the public presentation of two new garbage trucks picking the winning company has built Banalva this morning.
With these new vehicles are already four units of this class of vehicles which account for Municipal Service Garbage Collection throughout the municipality.
The director of the company, Silverio Banegas, explained that both vehicles fully comply with the minimum requirements of environmental legislation.
They also have video screens in the cockpit to control the movements of workers who accompany the truck and avoid hazards, and also loads sensors to detect any movement around them.
In total the two acquisitions have made an investment in the company in charge of this municipal service more than 250,000 euros.
The trucks are brand Man TGM and are renowned for their extremely reliable, ensuring the same business sources.
In this event also attended almost all of the Municipal Government Team and has performed alongside the new Archena Museum on Avenida Rio Segura.
