Archena Cultural Center hosted the 6th of October the first of the centenary celebrations of the Socialist Party of the Region of Murcia (PSRM-PSOE), presenting the book 'The socialist policies of the Region of Murcia : 1910-2010. "
The work is a rigorous historical analysis of this century of the PSRM and has enjoyed the cooperation of prestigious university professors.
"Looking back to rethink the future," is the motto chosen by the PSRM-PSOE to celebrate the commemoration of the establishment of the first socialist groupings in Murcia and Cartagena in 1910.
A century of history that is reflected both in the book 'The socialist policies of the Region of Murcia: 1910-2010', as in the exhibition was also inaugurated.
This exhibition will remain open for a week at the Cultural Center of Archena, show photographs and documents related to the path of the Socialist Party, in the Region of Murcia, as Archena.
Noted that next Wednesday October 13th, Begoña García Retegui, the candidate for President of the Autonomous Region for PSRM-PSOE, will speak at one of his first acts in the region, closing a week full of hope for socialists archeneros.
The organization of the centenary has been coordinated by the Secretary General of the Socialist Group Archena indicating that the strength of these acts will be the 8th of October when there will be a Tribute Act to all members of the electoral lists Archena PSOE since 1977, with the onset of democracy, and will be preceded by a conference by the former Senator Antonio Martínez Shepherd on the history of socialist Archena.
