The counselor of Transparency, Participation and Spokesperson, Noelia Arroyo, attended yesterday the delivery of the Lorenzo Silva Short Narrative Award, organized by the school The Ope de Archena and the City of Archena, in an event held in the gardens of the Balneario del municipality.

The contest is aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 18, and aims to build a bridge to literary creativity and the development of the literary competence of young people.
