The mayor of Archena, Patricia FernĂ ndez, accompanied by the presidents of the main associations of women of the municipality, inaugurated this morning the XXVIII week of the woman of Archena in an act that has been attended by about a hundred people.
The mayor highlighted during his speech the "extraordinary" work done by the women's associations of Archena: "we must continue to fight and celebrate this day not only on March 8, but 365 days a year."
On the occasion of this week, which will be held from March 3 to 13, there will be a series of talks, trips and workshops focused on women, up to a total of 12 events, among which the Reading of the Manifesto , on Thursday March 8 at 11: 00h at the main door of the City of Archena.
In addition, this occasion has been used for the signing of the collaboration agreement between the City Council and the seven associations to carry out their annual activities programs.
