Three people have been arrested as alleged perpetrators of drug trafficking

One of those arrested with a history of crimes of the same nature has been remanded in custody
The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed the operation 'SOFT', an investigation framed in the services of prevention and prosecution of drug trafficking, which has resulted in the dismantling of a point of sale of drugs retail in the municipality of Archena and with the arrest of three people, members of a family clan, as alleged perpetrators of the crime of drug trafficking.
At home, 21 doses of cocaine, 80 grams of marijuana, 20 grams of hashish pollen, cash, precision scales, documentation and computer equipment have been seized.
The investigation began last November, when the Benemérita was aware of the habitual consumption of narcotic substances in a central district of the municipality of Archena.
Frequent visits of drug users to housing
The Civil Guard ordered a series of vigilance and prevention devices of public safety that, maintained over time, allowed to verify the continuous transfer of habitual users of narcotic substances in an address of the aforementioned neighborhood.
People outside the building came to the door, called the intercom to identify themselves and went up to the building, from which they left after a few minutes.
In addition, one of the residents of the house, on occasion, looked out onto the balcony that overlooked the main facade of the building, to verify the identity of the person who wanted to go up to the floor.
The Benemérita found out that the three members of a family, parents and son, lived in the house and, in addition, they had antecedents for crimes of drug trafficking.
The research work allowed to determine the modus operandi used by the residents of the house to supply the drug.
The 'clients' came to the address usually late in the afternoon and their presence in the area increased during the weekends.
The assiduity of drug addicts in the area was verified by the investigators, who kept the surveillance in the vicinity of the building, which allowed the preparation of numerous complaints for infraction to the Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, of protection of the citizen security, for possession / consumption of narcotic substances.
Once all the necessary evidence has been obtained, the Civil Guard has carried out the exploitation phase of the operation in which a score of agents, prior judicial authorization, have been part of the police entry and search device at the investigated address.

Criminal organization professionalized in the sale of drugs
The research carried out has shown that the now detained had professionalized their "business" for what they had in a room where they were found several boxes with prepared doses of cocaine, hashish and marijuana buds, notebooks with handwritten notes with data on transactions by the sale of drugs, coins and change tickets, as well as a precision balance and utensils for the dosage of narcotic substances.
The operation 'SOFT' has culminated with the dismantling of a drug retail outlet in the town of Archena, with the arrest of the three members of a criminal group as alleged perpetrators of drug trafficking and with the seizure of 21 doses of cocaine, 80 grams of marijuana, 20 grams of hashish pollen, cash, precision scales, documentation and computer equipment.
The Spanish arrested, 51 and 23 years old, residents of Archena and with police records, the drug seized, the effects seized and the diligences instructed have been made available to the Court of Instruction number 3 of Molina de Segura (Murcia).
One of the detainees has been remanded in custody.
