The Archena municipal cemetery is already prepared for the visit during these next traditional days close to November 1, All Saints' Day, and this very holiday.
The Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernandez, the Councilman in charge of the cemetery, Andrés Luna, and the corresponding technicians have visited the actions of improvement and clean-up that the municipal workers have been doing these days in these municipal offices in view of their total availability for the cited day.
They were also accompanied by the Chief of the Local Police, José Velasco.
The Chief of the Local Police has ensured that all the current staff of agents will guard and order traffic from the municipality to the Municipal Cemetery (Madrid highway access, just outside the urban area) from October 31 and throughout the day November 1, in the municipal campaign of Todos los Santos.
In addition, a Citizen Security service will also be maintained in the rest of the municipality with the corresponding number of agents of this municipal body.
On All Saints' Day, some 5,500 vehicles and more than 10,000 people will travel to the cemetery during next Tuesday and Wednesday.
In addition, as every year, has also been organized for these days the implementation of a line of special buses that carry passengers from the population to this place unceasingly, on Tuesday, day 31, and the day of day 1 of November until the closing of the Camposanto.
On the other hand, at 16:30 on the same day 1, the parish priests of Archena will officiate a campaign mass inside the enclosure.
The City Council has also perfectly marked the entrances and exits of the cemetery.
