The Municipal Plenary of Archena this afternoon approved in its ordinary session, among other points, the new Ordinance Regulating Business Activities and shows that will save in administrative bureaucracy and therefore in time.
The new Ordinance approved limits the requirement of prior authorization to the Activity Exercise solely and exclusively to a few very specific and specific cases.
For the rest, a large number, a prior authorization will not be required but it will suffice to prove that the conditions are met to be able to carry out an activity without prior authorization by the local administration.
From now on, the business activities and public shows will be articulated through these three instruments: the license (those future companies that require complex environmental procedures), the responsible declaration (for activities called innocuous and not harmless) and the communication (informing the administration of changes in activity)
