The neighbors of Archena may carry out paperwork from the mobile with the implementation of electronic administration (23/06/2017)

The City of Archena will implement the basic electronic administration services offered by the Community, through the agreement signed today digitally between the Minister of Finance and Public Works, Andrés Carrillo, and the mayor of the town, Patricia Fernandez, which will allow citizens Carry out procedures and municipal administrations in digital form from the mobile or from any computer, 24 hours a day.

Andrés Carrillo highlighted "the commitment of the City Council of Archena for the modernization of its citizen services and the progress in digitizing its efforts, which saves costs, streamline procedures and be more efficient."

The City Council can access different electronic platforms that simplify and facilitate the implementation of eGovernment.

These are tools that the State has made available to the Community to be transferred to municipalities.

This action is part of the Electronic Administration Plan that aims at 'zero paper' and simplification of procedures.

Among the advantages of electronic administration is that neighbors can receive electronic notices and do not have to provide original documentation or certificates that already have some public administration.

The agreement makes it possible to implement the data intermediation platform, which offers the possibility of automatic communication of change of address through a single procedure, informing all public administrations adhered to;

It also gives access to the @firma validation and electronic signature platform and Cl @ ve, a common platform of the State Administration for identification, authentication and electronic signature.

It also includes the system of interconnection of registers between the competent bodies, electronic notifications and the 'SARA Network', managed by the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, which is a place for the secure exchange of information between the applications of public administrations.

Virtual registration office

Since last February, Archena has been part of the 30 municipalities of the Region that have integrated the Office of Virtual Registration (ORVE) into the register of its City Council, which has made it possible for the Consistory to expand its scope of action in matters of registration And can accept applications for other public administrations.

In this way, citizens can go to any administration without having to move from the municipality.

This service makes it possible to digitize the paper presented by the citizen in the registration offices and to send it electronically to its destination instantly, whatever its geographical location or competent level of administration.

It is an electronic administration application offered free of charge by the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration.
