"Star fleeting" by María Álvarez, "Dear Mom" ​​by Ana Marante and "The Secret Life of Arabela and Albar" by Inés Calero were awarded the first three prizes, respectively, of the Short Story Literary Contest "Lorenzo Silva", which Organizes the "Ope" School of Archena.
This event, which was held in the gardens of the Balneario de Archena, was attended by the Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernandez, Councilors, school board and the novelist who names this Prize, as well as relatives of the winners, representatives of others Schools of Archena and public in general.
In this second edition have participated 100 copies of literary works coming from a dozen of Spanish provinces and of which nine were classified.
The Literary Prize for Narrative Brief "Lorenzo Silva" began last year, with the presentation of the same by the author, in Archena.
He started with this a prize that was already born as a reference for young writers from all over Spain.
Prize that was born from the hand of the Concerted Center "Colegio El Ope", the Town Hall of Archena and the Ministry of Education and Universities of the Region of Murcia, as a bridge for creation and literary freedom, aimed at young people already starting His journey through the world of letters.
