Official two-day mourning, minute of silence and Archena flags at half-mast, the homage of the town of Archena to the murdered neighbor (03/05/2017)

Nearly half a thousand people, presided over by the Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernández, Councilors, workers and companions of the deceased and citizens in general, have concentrated this morning at the doors of the City Hall to pay homage, with a minute of silence, to the neighbor Of Archena, Juan Carlos Maya Palazón, who died yesterday tragically after suffering a stabbing in the dependencies of the Hospital of Molina de Segura.

The Mayor has also decreed from 12.30 this afternoon two days of official mourning and flags of Archena at half-mast "as a testimony to the pain of the people of Archena before the cruel murder of the neighbor of this population Juan Carlos."

The institutional mourning will remain until 12.30 on May 5.
