The start of the electoral campaign in Archena 26J has not been as expected or pareciado to other elections.
Militants and members of the various political parties of the town, except the Popular Party, who were preparing to celebrate their traditional putting up posters found no relevant spaces that the city should be enabled for electioneering in the different areas of the town as regulated by Article 55 of the Organic Law 5/1985 of June 19, the Electoral Regime.
For socialists, this fact proves, once again, the neglect of the government team of PP in the municipality and the lack of democratic attitude that is demonstrated to belittle the plurality of a vital for the future of our country electoral process.
Beyond its decision to place or not cartels, it has curtailed freedom of expression of other groups with this decision.
Acts, all of the above, have been made aware of the civil and electoral authorities.
20D in the elections and there was no place panels for electoral propaganda in certain areas of Archena who were installing the days following the start.
Now history repeats itself, backsliding in missed deadlines of the campaign and the electoral law without argument or authorization.
