The Mayor of Murcia, Patricia Fernandez, today carried out a restructuring of the functions of the staff of the City in order to bring local government to citizens.
"What we want is to facilitate access and effective management to do our neighbors on various issues of the municipality" in the words of the first local authority.
In this modification of the staff it has been enhanced by creating a specific office of Citizen Services, fundametal pillar of transparency in the European project including Archena Smart.
This staff mobility does not entail any termination of employment, but seeks greater efficiency of the services provided.
"Attention to archeneros providing local government is a hallmark of the government team," says the Mayor.
In previous years where afordable situation was delicate, the mayor chose to keep all jobs, making an effort and economic adjustment to benefit the people of Murcia, maintaining all services.
"I have always considered the stability of workers in the City as a fundamental pillar and my defense of employment in the municipality," Patricia Fernandez justifying the decision.
