| For Patricia Fernández, "Her destiny would be to accommodate people in a social emergency situation in these rental homes at affordable prices" | The Society for the Management of Assets from Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has signed an agreement with the Archena City Council for the temporary transfer of five homes for social purposes. The agreement -first that this company initiates with a local administration in the Region of Murcia- will be valid for four years, renewable annually up to a maximum of four.
During this period, the City Council will be in charge of managing the properties to meet the housing needs of people at risk of exclusion. For the Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernández, "The City Council will allocate the houses to rent at affordable prices or to the accommodation of people in a situation of social emergency." He also said that "this news is a great opportunity for anyone in our town who needs a boost to access a home." The conditions to access the aid and opt for the homes will be published soon and will be managed through the City Council.
