After the Plenary, the Mayor of Archena Patricia Fernández López declared that "in addition to the eviction of squatters in less than 12 hours, this new legislation proposed by the Popular Party must recover the crime of usurpation of real estate, prison sentences of 1 to 3 years for its authors, as well as the prohibition to register ".
In the same vein, the First Municipal Authority has requested that this quick eviction plan "should allow the local authorities to immediately evict the squatters."
