| A project that includes measures to reactivate the industrial, logistics, commercial and hospitality sectors as a boost to the local economy | The Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernández, together with the President of CROEM, José María Albarracín, presented this morning at the facilities of the Archena company Congelados Pedáneo, the Municipal Plan 'Archena Ciudad Industrial' to reactivate the economy and protect the business fabric of the municipality after the damage caused by the pandemic.In addition to administrative simplification, the most important measures include the following bonuses:50% of the price of industrial land100% of the ICIO share in the industrial estates50% of the ICIO of major and minor works in the municipality50% of the major and minor work file fees100% of the rate of garbage and water to companies, businesses and self-employed100% of the rate of occupation of public roads to bars and restaurants for the year 2020 and the expansion of the surface of the terraces of the hospitality sector using public roads100% of the occupancy quota of the Municipal Business NurseryIn her speech, Patricia Fernández declared her firm support for the business sector: "the self-employed, SMEs and large companies are the support of the local economy, those who generate wealth and employment and I will do everything in my power to help the sector"Frozen Pedáneo, the company where the presentation has taken place, will be one of the first beneficiaries of these reactivation measures, starting an expansion project of more than 3 million euros.
