The plenary session of the City Council of Archena has approved this morning the point related to protecting the environment of the Archena orchard, its flora and its channels according to the guidelines set forth in the General Plan, only with the votes in favor of the PP and against the PSOE and Mixed Group.
It has also been approved in the same plenary session, with the votes only in favor of the PP and against the PSOE and the Mixed Group, the motion referred to be able to provide local police officers with more defense protection material, both for the agent himself as well as for the citizenship, in this way the regulation in the new law of coordination of local police, its armament and all the technical means that can be used by the bodies of local police, which mainly deals with the new defense materials to use.
Another motion, this one unanimously approved by all municipal groups, spoke of supporting and recognizing the work carried out by state security forces and bodies in Catalonia.
It was rejected, instead, with the votes against PP and the abstention of the PSOE, the motion of the Joint Group on the repeal of the crime of insults to the Crown established in the Criminal Code.
Finally, it was unanimously approved to adhere to the strategy of health promotion and prevention of the National Health System (SNS), presented by the PP.
Finally he realized the resignation of the PSOE councilor, Susana Valcárcel, so that this vacancy is provided immediately by the Electoral Board.
