The Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernandez Lopez, along with Councilman Mario Alcaraz Mármol, has delivered this morning the check of 3,105 euros that were collected at the charity party that was held on October 26 to benefit those affected in Archena by the rains intense (DANA phenomenon), which fell for 3 days in September.
The mentioned check was collected by the parish priest, pastoral vicar of the area and president of Caritas-Archena, Alfonso Alburquerque, whose amount will be distributed among the most disadvantaged.
The party that took place in the Jardin de Villa Rías was organized by the Association of Youth Clubs and sponsored by, among other companies, Estrella de Levante, whose representative, Yayo Delgado, has been present at this event, as well as representatives of associations of merchants, who also collaborated.
