The average period of payment to suppliers was well below the regional average
The extraordinary session of the Municipal Plenary held this morning has approved, with the votes in favor of the PP, against PSOE and Ganar Archena, and the abstention of Vox, definitively the Municipal General Account corresponding to the 2018 exercise.
The Councilor for Finance, Antonio José Palazón, stressed during his speech that the Remaining Treasury for General Expenses amounts to more than two million two hundred thousand euros and with a liquidity of bank funds of more than three million euros at the end of the accounting year 2018. With these data, the mayor has assured that "the Budget Stability Law and the Expenditure Rule have been complied with, as well as the current Adjustment Plan".
Stressing, moreover, that "the average period of payment to suppliers has been 28 days, well below the regional average, which in that same period was located at 36 days" ..
