About 2,000 people, according to local police sources, more participation than other previous editions, have started this morning the march on foot against cancer, organized by the AECC, which has been developed through various streets and avenues of the population of Archena.
Teachers and students from all local schools have also participated.
In the Plaza 1º de Mayo before departure, attendees have been able to taste a healthy chocolate breakfast with churros.
The president of the AECC Archena-La Algaida, Rosario Nieto, and the mayor Patricia Fernández, together with the municipal councilors, have encouraged all the people who suffer the consequences of this painful disease and also presided over this demonstration.
The march, during the tour, has also been accompanied by a fun charanga of the town, with pasodobles music.
