The Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernándezz, the president of the Federation of Athletics of the Region, Juan Manuel Molina, and Pablo Carrillo, professor of the center and organizer of the test, presented this morning at the Press Room of the City Hall the Second Day Hiker of the El Ope de Archena School, on the occasion of the X Anniversary of the opening of this center and under the slogan '10 years walking together-Paths to continue walking'.
The test will be held on October 27, leaving at 9.30 from the same school premises.
The route consists of a climb to the Sierra del Cajal from the archenero town, which adds 15 kilometers, about 4 hours to finish it and with a medium difficulty.
Carrillo has commented that this "will be the second route of ten planned during the course and is also another way of knowing this area of ​​the Region."
The first local authority, meanwhile, has highlighted the "extraordinary work of these first ten years of school, as well as the magnificent educational, sports, social and cultural work they are carrying out these years."
