The Ministry of Development and Infrastructure informed the residents of Archena of the requirements to apply for the next call for aid for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the houses included in the Area of ​​Urban and Rural Renewal and Regeneration (Arru) of the municipality, which approved last year.
The public subsidies will be used to finance both reconstruction actions as well as improvement of conservation, energy efficiency and accessibility, as well as security works in the homes.
These grants are framed in the Housing Plan of the Region of Murcia 2018-2021.
The General Director of Territorial Planning, Architecture and Housing, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, together with technicians from his department, shared a technical conference with the local residents yesterday, where he informed them of the documentation they will have to present, once they publish the call for aid in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia and that is being finalized by the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure.
"They will have a month to submit the grant application, so it is advisable that they prepare the required information before the call is published," said the director.
The residents of the districts of Río Sol, La Providencia, Pago de Barranco, La Serretilla, Las Arboledas, La Algaida, El Otro Lao, El Hurtado, Torre del Junco and the city of La Paz, will be able to benefit from these grants to improve the conditions of their homes. Mayoraja

According to the Arru de Archena agreement, the term for the reconstruction of the houses will end in June 2021, while the rest of the improvement works will have to conclude on October 30, 2020.
Documentation
Applicants for subsidies for the rehabilitation of their homes must provide a technical report dated prior to the request for assistance stating the need for action, signed by a competent technician.
When the performance is carried out in a building of collective residential typology and is more than 50 years old, the technical report will be the building evaluation report.
In addition, the project or memory of the works to be carried out must be presented.
When the works require a project, it will be provided with the mandatory visas.
When the actions do not require a project, it will be necessary to justify in a report signed by a competent technician the adequacy of the action to the Technical Building Code and other applicable regulations.
Regarding the reconstruction aid, the applicant must present the cadastral reference of the property and of each of the homes for which the aid is requested, as well as the reconstruction project of the property signed by a technician, with the mandatory visas .
In both cases, you must include the breakdown of the action breakdown, with identification of the work units, their unit price and the corresponding measurement.
Taxes, fees or taxes will not be included.
