Eighteen comparsas, of which five were from Archena and the rest of carnival towns such as Águilas, Murcia, Mula, Blanca and Cieza, among others, made a masterful parade yesterday on the main avenues of the town.
More than 4000 people could enjoy the colorful, the showy and the splendid choreographies that showed the more than 700 participants of this Sunday of carnival, known in Archena as "Domingo de Piñata".
Children and adults offered a majestic and fun show, which has filled with music and festive atmosphere the avenues Antonete Gálvez, Daniel Ayala and Primero de Mayo, through which the carnival parade, which ended, as is traditional, in the summer cinema .
The organization of the parade, the Band of the Most Holy Cross of the Mirrors of Archena, presented all the participants with sandwiches and refreshments to regain strength after several hours of dancing.
Note the participation of the Municipal Children's School "Colorines" and the CEIP José Alcolea Lacal, along with the associations of parents of the same, who wanted to enjoy this magnificent afternoon of Archenera Sunday
