Some 200 people, mainly women and workers of the City of Archena, have concentrated on the doors of the City Council, as the main act and highlight of the municipal program on the occasion of the celebration today of International Women's Day.
In this square in Spain, at 12.00 hours, Mayor Patricia Fernandez, accompanied by the Municipal Government Team, has read an Official Manifesto for Women, which ended with an emotional applause from the audience.
The first municipal councilor has subsequently requested a minute of silence for the murdered women, for gender violence, so far this year.
