The counselor of the Presidency, Pedro Rivera, and the mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernandez, visited the Archena football field today after the completion of the work of renewal of the lawn, which involved an investment of 160,000 euros through the Works Plan and Services of the Autonomous Community.
Rivera highlighted the "great benefit that represents for the practitioners of this sport of all ages the adequacy of the facilities."
He also recalled that the Works and Services Plan approved by the regional government for the 2018-2019 biennium includes an initial investment in Archena of 312,500 euros and will allow the renovation of the pavement and urban adaptation of several important streets of the town, as well like the patio of the school Nuestra Señora de la Fuensanta.
