The Councilor for Culture and Tourism of the City of Archena, María del Carmen Alcolea, visited this morning the facilities of the oil mill located in the hamlet of La Algaida, to personally congratulate its manager, Tomás Guillén Moreno, for the recent award obtained by the extra virgin olive oil that is packed in the facilities of this Archena oil mill.

Since last March, the extra virgin olive oil of the Almazara Valle de Ricote has the prestige of being the best virgin olive oil in the entire Region of Murcia, according to the Higher School of Olive Oil.

This award joins other so many obtained nationally and internationally by this prestigious archenera company, placing its oil among one of the best in the national territory.
